We ship all domestic orders of our gold-manufactured collections through Ferrari Group (Ferrari Express), an international carrier specializing in high-security logistics for high-value goods, activating maximum security protocols, and our silver-manufactured collections through Correos España (Spanish Postal Service).
- All in-stock orders are shipped within 5 to 7 business days.

- We offer free shipping on all orders.
- While it's not possible to specify an exact delivery time, deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, generally between 8:00 and 17:00. We will keep you informed about the shipment.
- All our orders are shipped with tracking and require proof of delivery. This means we cannot authorize the delivery of packages without a signature. Please ensure you are at the address provided at the time of delivery.
- A tracking reference will be shared with you as soon as your order is shipped.
- Once you have signed for your package, your purchase will be your sole responsibility.
Returns and exchanges:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the jewelry is unused and in perfect condition, with its bag, case and certificate of authenticity intact.
All returns:
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges on damaged items.
- We only accept returns for purchases made directly on our website. Items purchased from third parties are not eligible.
- If we had covered import duties and taxes at the time of purchase, these will be deducted from your refund.
- Orders for personalized or custom-made products cannot be canceled or returned for exchange or refund. This includes engraved, resized, and special order items.
Warning about precious stones: Please note that natural variations may occur in each gemstone. This is a unique characteristic of natural products, not a defect. While two stones may have similar shades and shapes, each one is unique. We meticulously select exquisite natural stones according to strict quality control criteria, examining them for inclusions, luster, shade, color, and size. Return instructions:
If you need to return a product, please follow the steps detailed below.
- Send us an email a altajoyería@sarabenavente.com Please indicate your wish to exchange or return your item and provide your name, address, order number, and phone number. We will respond to your return request within 48-72 hours and provide you with our return address to send your item.
- When packing your return, Ensure that the parts, along with the original packaging and certificate, are in a sturdy box and follow the packing instructions below:
- Please place the jewelry back in the provided case and inside the Sara Benavente High Jewelry bag.
- Please place it in a cardboard box and wrap it with bubble wrap to protect it properly.
- Next, place the certificate of authenticity and the box with the jewelry securely packed in another sturdy box. You can reuse the shipping box in which you received your order.
- Make sure the jewelry and jewelry box are secure and do not move during transport.
- After everything has been packed, make sure the package is properly sealed.
- We do not cover the cost We do not cover any return shipping costs, and it is your responsibility to return the products to us safely. We recommend that you insure the return shipment and use a secure, trackable shipping method that provides you with proof of postage, as you have an obligation to take reasonable care of the products and will be liable for any damage they suffer until we receive them back.
- Once we have received the returned order (within 14 days of the delivery date), we will carefully inspect it. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse your return if the jewelry is not returned in its original condition, if any of the packaging (case and bag) is missing, or if the products show any signs of wear.
- Once your return has passed our quality controls, We will refund the price you paid for your order, less any duties and taxes we covered when your order was shipped. The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used within 30 days. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or financial institution for this refund, and we will not refund shipping costs.
Claims and warranty
We offer a two-year warranty for online purchases, covering manufacturing defects. To file a claim, please contact customer service with your order number, photos of the defect, and a description.
We will ask you to send us the product for thorough review.
Approved claims result in the repair or replacement of the product.
